The Association of Swiss Interim Managers represents the interests of its members.
Central to its task is the support and promotion of the professional interests of
interim managers and providers plus the promotion of the profession of interim management in Switzerland.
The umbrella Association of German Interim Management e.V. (DDIM) is the
leading national platform for professional interim management and affiliated services.
In accord with the TMA Turnaround Management Association, Chicago, USA,
the Society for Restructuring – TMA Deutschland e.V. – has set itself the
goal of actively supporting instances of restructuring and turnarounds in
the case of bankruptcies in the Federal Republic of Germany and of promoting
the international cooperation and training of its members.
The Federal Association of Restructuring, Turnarounds and Interim Management
(BRSI) has set itself the task of improving the exchange of information among
all parties involved in a corporate turnaround and of supporting the use of
modern management concepts and solutions.
The American German Business Club (or AGBC e.V.) is a private, non-profit,
international organization, currently consisting of ten AGBC Chapters: Bonn,
Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Heidelberg, Kaiserslautern, Karlsruhe, Munich,
Saxony, Stuttgart, and Washington / Baltimore. Its activities are designed to
strengthen the ties between representatives of American and German business
through personal networking in an informal atmosphere.
Dr. Lothar Rohde established the Bavarian Export Club in May 1948 together with
entrepreneurs and auditors. Its aim was to reanimate the Bavarian economy
in the aftermath of World War II. Under the continuing sponsorship of the Bavarian
Ministry of Economics, the club has established contacts abroad that aid the international
business of Bavarian companies, opening the door in many cases.
